• You'll need to provide a stool to reach the ceiling. (in case room/ Hotel/ Work Place decoration)
• We can decorate a hotel room if you gain permission from the hotel.
• All the items used in the decoration are on a rental basis and will be taken back on the next day of the event.
• In case of a complaint, notice must be given within 2 hours of the delivery time of the experience. No rescheduling or cancellation is possible after the decoration has been attempted.
• You need to make sure that the decorator is allowed inside the society premises. If the decorator reaches the place and entry is denied to him, then it will be considered as delivery attempted, and no refund will be given in this case.

• Keep Away From Sharp Objects.
• Keep the balloons away from children, as uninflated or broken balloons can cause choking.
• The balloons will be hung using cello tape as we do not use helium due to its asphyxiation properties.
• Remove the cello tape immediately after the event is over. In case the cello tape is causing damage to the wall, use a hair dryer to blow hot air on the tape, as it will prevent the damage.
