No, we provide net-banking option for only domestic accounts in India.
Unfortunately, discount codes can only be applied during the checkout process before payment is made. Once the payment is completed, the discount cannot be applied to the order.

Order Tracking and Delivery

We provide several delivery options depending on the location and the gift item. For flower & cakes, we provide same day delivery (if ordered before 6pm), fixed time delivery (1 hours slot, needs to be ordered 24 hours in advance) & midnight delivery (needs to be ordered 24 hours in advance). For other gift items, you can choose a tentative date of delivery and we will try to deliver around that date.

For regular pincodes, we ship our products through premier courier partners like DHL, Blue Dart, FedEx, etc and we are able to deliver our products within 2-5 business days in India and within 5-9 business days internationally. For remote locations, we use sovereign courier partners which may take up to 10-12 days for delivery.

You can check the exact delivery times for each product on its product page before placing the order. In general, for regular pin codes, we deliver our orders in 60 minutes or on the same day, or within 3-6 business days in India, and within 5-9 business days in other countries. Remote locations may require longer delivery times, and it may take up to 10-12 business days to deliver orders to remote pin codes.

For most of our products, we provide free shipping for standard delivery within India. For international deliveries, we charge a shipping fees based on the country & product. For enhanced delivery options in India (midnight delivery etc), we charge a nominal fee. You can check the shipping charges & delivery time for all items on their product pages.

For shipment sent outside India, certain exigencies may require recipient to pay additional charges over & above your order value. There are several interstate and international charges like octroi and custom duties, which if levied, will have to be borne by recipient. These charges are usually very rare but are not in our control. They can not be levied on certain products and are occasional in nature. But if your order is stuck with the interstate authorities or custom authorities, recipient will have to bear these additional charges.

No, all the items in your order may not arrive on the same day. We ship our items from different locations directly to your delivery address. As a result, items shipped from the same warehouse or the same vendor reach together whereas items coming from different locations or different vendors may be come separately.

During the checkout, at the ‘'Order Summary' section, you will be able to see in how many shipments will your order be split.

Exact date delivery is available only in case of flowers & cakes. We deliver all our flower & cake orders within 24 hours and they are shipped locally. As a result, you can not only choose a specific date for delivery but also a specific time for delivery (for a nominal charge).

For all other gift items which are couriered, the date of delivery that you select is only tentative in nature. This is to accommodate orders which are placed significantly in advance of the actual occasion. In these cases, we try to deliver our products closer to the date of delivery that you have chosen but we do not guarantee the exact date delivery.

Currently, there is no tracking link available for Flowers & Cakes orders. We are working on the same and will soon start providing a tracking option for the same. For now, you will have to write to us at support@woofern.com or call our customer care at 18002087070 to check the status of your order.

Such instances are usually very rare. Most of the time they occur if the courier company has handed the parcel to the person who was available to collect it. It would usually either be the concierge, reception or the security guard of your building. So please check with them once. Woofern only takes online orders through its website Woofern.com. We do not take any order on phone or via email and we do not have retail outlets. At Woofern, we strive to deliver your gifts and surprise decorations as accurately as possible, ensuring they match the images and descriptions on our website. However, for certain items like flowers and cakes, the pictures are representative of the product composition. In some cases, the actual design may differ slightly due to availability or design variations.

We work with a large vendor base across India for flowers and cakes, and while they make every effort to replicate the designs, variations can occur, particularly in smaller towns where production equipment and tools may be limited.

All other products are delivered as shown on the website. As most of our catalog consists of unique and designer items, quantities are often limited. In case we run out of stock for the product you ordered, our team will reach out to you to suggest a suitable alternative.

We currently do not offer a gift wrap option. However, you can add a gift box at a nominal charge, available in the shopping cart. We offer over 200 designs in various sizes and shapes to suit different occasions and gift items, ensuring a delightful unboxing experience for the recipient.

We deliver products to most of the places in the world, but not everywhere. We deliver to more than 20,000 pincodes in India and to more than 100 countries internationally. We deliver our products to all regular pincodes in India and abroad; however, we do not deliver our products to extremely remote locations. Also, the deliverability of the product depends on the kind of product you are buying. You can enter your pincode or country at the product page or during checkout to check shipping availability & tentative delivery time.

Midnight & fixed time deliveries should be placed 24 hours in advance. If you want to surprise your loved one at 12:01 am on 11th, then you need to select 10th as the delivery date and Midnight delivery as the delivery option.

No, to ensure the security of your orders and prevent misuse of your details, creating an account is mandatory on Woofern. Since many customers send gifts to third-party recipients, we want to avoid situations where someone might use your email or phone number to send unsolicited gifts.

Having an account also allows us to store your information and preferences, helping us offer a more personalized shopping experience. You'll be able to save multiple delivery addresses, use gift vouchers, apply special discounts, and easily manage your order history.

There are certain country-specific restrictions on the types of products that can be shipped internationally. For example:

Cancellation

Orders for personalized/customized products, perishable items like flowers and cakes, or surprise decorations cannot be canceled once processed. For standard products, cancellations are allowed if the order has not been dispatched yet.

We typically process all orders, including surprise decorations, within a couple of hours and dispatch on the same day. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
