• Post-event venue cleanup. Preparation and Setup
• Measure your indoor space to ensure the balloon decor fits well.
• Expect a 3-4 hour setup time.
• Provide a stool and ladder for ceiling decorations.
• Ensure an electric connection within 6-8 feet of the setup area.
• Once we're out for delivery, rescheduling isn't possible. Thank you for understanding! 

Care Instructions

• Keep the balloons away from children, as uninflated or broken balloons can cause choking.
• The balloons will be hung using cellotape as we don’t use helium due to its asphyxiation properties.
• Remove the cellotape immediately after the event is over. In case the cellotape is causing damage to the wall, use a hair dryer to blow hot air on the tape, as it will prevent the damage.

Note: Material used for the setup is on rent and will be collected the next day from the location.
